Statement from TOMRA CEO Stefan Ranstrand concerning the COVID-19 pandemic

As Covid-19 continues to spread globally, our thoughts are with everyone who has been adversely impacted by it.

At TOMRA, the health and safety of our colleagues and their families, our customers, partners and the communities we are part of is always our primary concern. Most of our employees are now working remotely where possible until the end of March, at which point we will review the situation.

We have been operating according to our business continuity plan for a number of weeks, and are continually assessing our production, delivery and service capabilities. At present we are able to fulfill most requirements with close to normal delivery times. Our geographically spread manufacturing footprint has been advantageous in maintaining our capacity, and we have also taken precautions by separating teams and increasing our stock of components.

Our local sales and service organizations are endeavoring to maintain a close dialogue with our customers to ensure uninterrupted service and to anticipate and prepare for future needs.

Please be assured that everyone at TOMRA is totally committed to supporting our customers, our partners and communities by working together to face this challenge.
